The Board of Directors of 4Projects have recently confirmed the finalisation of the incorporation of the new Canadian subsidiary of 4Projects.

Richard Vertigan (Managing Director) said "As a sign of our increased commitment to the Canadian market and in support of our existing Canadian Clients we have established a wholly owned subsidiary. We've got staff on the ground and have had a solid Client base in Canada for a while now. This will give greater emphasis to our expansion plans, ongoing business activities and we look forward to continuing success in the future. It's an incredibly exciting time for us we released an enhanced new version of our system last year which gives a significant market lead in the collaboration workspace and we continue to grow as business in line with our strategic objectives.
