As 4Projects offers an intuitive, easily recognisable and navigable user interface, lengthy and complex training sessions are not normally required. Assuming an ability to use `everyday' software applications such as Windows and other Microsoft products, then with just a few hours of training, a user can become competent and confident with the 4Projects application.
Those users with an advanced level of competence with IT applications will need little or no training at all.
Our training can be delivered in a number of ways, including:

All of our Clients and their individual user base have access to our support desk. We have a fully integrated support system that is able to log, track and communicate with internal and external parties at any time.
We aim to deliver the highest levels of support, with all users immediately contacted with unique case reference. 4Projects is delivered using a pure Software as a Service business model. This means that our Clients benefit from a comprehensive and functionally rich application which is constantly improving and evolving, without the need to constantly purchase or install new versions or upgrades of the software.
We actively encourage our Clients to engage with the 4Projects team to suggest new functional ideas or improvements. Much of our technical roadmap has evolved from such Client interaction, combined with our own technical vision and expertise. All ideas are reviewed from both a commercial and technical viewpoint, and if appropriate can be developed and deployed for the benefit of the whole 4Projects Community.
